APPOINTMENT STRUCTURE AND FEES
MICHAEL LLOYD - Physical/Muscoskeletal Therapies
1st Appointment - 60 minutes - includes consultation, examination and bodywork - £75
Subsequent Appointments - up to 45 minutes - includes examination and bodywork - £55 each
REBECCA SMITH - (Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching)
"I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation which allows you to discuss your issues and symptoms. Here I can advise you on the best way forward, addressing your individual needs in order to devise a programme that is right for you. I can give an idea into the amount of sessions that may be required and the costs involved. From this consultation if you are happy to proceed, an appointment can be made for you to attend the clinic and start your programme".
KINESIOLOGY
All Appointments - Between 60 - 90 minutes - includes pre-consultation assessment questionnaires, consultation involving investigative muscle testing and support for imbalances and a suggested plan of action to follow between appointments and ongoing support - £85 each.
HYPNOTHERAPY - NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
All Appointments - Between 60-90 minutes - £99 each.
"The initial appointment includes detailed taking of the case history and on occasion, this may take the whole of the 1st session, but it is always my aim to include some Hypnotherapy or NLP in the 1st appointment".
"I will often teach you tools and techniques to use away from the sessions in some of your appointments. This will allow you to feel in control and will ensure that progress and momentum continues between your sessions".
"In subsequent sessions, a combination of these behavioural change techniques will often be used together, aiming to bring you success in the best way possible".
LIFE COACHING - including 'Stress Management', 'Slim and Grin', 'Stop Smoking and Addictions including fears and phobias'
All appointments - Between 60 - 90 minutes - £105 each.
"Life Coaching sessions involve a detailed assessment of the key areas of your life which allows unmet needs to be identified. On further discussion, the necessary actions required to achieve your goals is considered and strategies discussed to enable you to create the change in the areas of your life that are the problem. Usually, between 6 and 9 sessions are recommended and a combination of therapies will be utilised over the course of the sessions, depending on each individuals needs. Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy and NLP will all be considered. After the initial session, each subsequent appointment will begin with a review of progress and we will then proceed with the agreed therapy for that appointment".
"Ongoing support is offered and encouraged between Life Coaching sessions, via phone or e-mail".
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the success of the clinic and the high demand that we have for the services we offer, we have a strict cancellation policy in place. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge which will be invoiced to the client.
DISCLAIMER
Success of any therapies or programmes offered at the clinic depends entirely on an individuals commitment to the attendance of the session and following action plans agreed between practitioner and client.
MICHAEL LLOYD & REBECCA SMITH - PRIVACY NOTICE - GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
By law, we are required to inform you of how we plan to use and store the data that you provide.
The personal data that we collect about you will include data relating to your name, address, date of birth, wider contact details and data relating to health.
We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with the best plan possible in delivering care for aspects of your health.
Your data may also be used to manage future communications from us to you in between visits to the clinic.
We will not share your data with any third party, unless separate consent is given.
We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected.
We will store your data for a minimum of 7 years and for a maximum of 10 years in a locked filing cabinet.
OTHER
Please note that any nutritional supplements, books, flower remedies etc will be charged for separately.
Currently, we take payment for the sessions/programme as cash, cheque or via bank transfer where appropriate.
