Hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching are powerful, focused therapies and can be particularly effective in helping you give up a bad habit or when wanting to give up a behaviour such as smoking, eating chocolate or drinking alcohol.

These therapies are also used for releasing fears and phobias such as fear of flying, agoraphobia, some stresses and presenting fears. The life coach sessions used to address these issues are powerful and effective.  Expect to leave the clinic with your bad habit broken and without the fear or phobia that you had on arrival.

Therefore you can ‘unlearn’ it and using a variety of techniques, re-programme your mind allowing for a more appropriate behaviour. We understand the value in getting right to the ‘heart of the matter’ and speak your language to get right to the point. No two coaching sessions are the same, as each is tailored for the individual where we use a variety of rapid change techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy in combination to enable you to move forward in life without the issue.

Included in the therapeutic work in the session, we may teach you skills to use in your daily life to enable you to remain in control, confident and free forever.  Experience has shown that a combination of clinic work and home tools work most effectively for progress to be long lasting.
