MICHAEL LLOYD - OSTEOMYOLOGY

1st Appointment - 1 hour - includes consultation, examination and treatment - £60
Subsequent Appointments - up to 45 minutes - includes examination and treatment - £43

REBECCA SMITH - KINESIOLOGY

1st Appointment - 1 and a half hours - includes consultation, investigative muscle testing, treatment of imbalances and a suggested plan of action to follow between appointments - £55
Subsequent Appointments - up to 1 hour - includes investigative muscle testing, support for imbalances and continued advice to follow between appointments - £43

REBECCA SMITH - HYPNOTHERAPY AND/OR NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

All appointments last up to 1 and a half hours - £60 (excluding stopping smoking and weight loss, see below)

"The initial appointment includes detailed taking of the case history and on occasion, this may take the whole of the 1st session, but it is always my aim to include some Hypnotherapy in the 1st appointment.
All clients leave the 1st appointment with a self-hypnosis CD, which is 30 minutes of my voice to encourage relaxation away from the clinic.  This serves 2 purposes.  You are able to enjoy a therapeutic, relaxation session in the comfort of your own home and it prepares the sub-conscious mind for future Hypnotherapy sessions, allowing faster, easier access to the necessary information.

Depending on the session’s format, I may record the session live, allowing the positive suggestions given to form a self-hypnosis CD to be taken away at the end of the appointment, providing a useful tool for home use by you.  As some sessions take the route of regression, recording is not always done, but can be available on request.  It is necessary to charge for this service."

Various self-hypnosis CD's are available to purchase at the clinic, covering areas such as weight loss, chocolate addiction, self-confidence and self-esteem, stopping smoking etc.

SMOKING - between 1 and a half and 2 hours - £165

"This appointment includes detailed taking of the case history, involving all aspects of the your smoking habit and is structured differently than other Hypnotherapy appointments to give you a "safety net" should you not stop smoking after the 1st session.  Most people DO stop after the 1st appointment, but you are able to return for 1 follow up appointment within 3 months of the original, without further cost, if you feel your goal of becoming a non-smoker has not been achieved. In fact, if you feel you still have cravings, have replaced your cigarettes with some other addictive substance or feel more angry or irritable, the "safety net" still applies."

The initial stopping smoking appointment includes a self-hypnosis CD, for use away from the clinic, comprising of 2 relaxing sessions, allowing the positive suggestions of becoming a non-smoker to become firmly embedded in your sub-conscious mind.  You will be asked to put in your bit of effort towards becoming a non-smoker by listening to the CD regularly in the days following your appointment and you can let the hypnotherapy do the rest.

WEIGHT LOSS - 1st and 2nd Appointment - up to 1 and a half hours - £70 per appointment

"Weight loss sessions follow a similar structure to other hypnotherapy appointments, with the inclusion of 2 different self hypnosis CD's, 1 given at the end of the 1st and 2nd session.  Both CD's contain 2 recordings of my voice, recommended for use in your home to continue the positive therapy that has started in the appointments, for maximum success."  Further weight loss hypnotherapy appointments, if needed, cost £60.
